How to get the best out of working with us.

Its important that we stick by these rules so you can get the best value out of your coaching time. It will help us get back to you faster as there are less interruptions and we can help you on your truly urgent matters.

As always we are available for you 24 x 7 for urgent matters. We are there to help you win.

Sessions

 

When is our next session?

Check your client website for your next session. It appears on the website on the left hand menu as “My Coaching Schedule”

   

Can I shift a session because I haven’t done anything since last week?

No excuse. It doesn’t matter. The session is still on. We will discuss what is stopping you from doing what you should be.

   

How do I shift a session (if it is greater than 48 hours away)?

Leave a voicemail message on 0403 439947 giving two other options that you have available.

   

How do I shift a session (if it is less than 48 hours away).

Leave a voicemail message on 0403 439947. We will advise if we can reschedule or you will need to forfeit your session.

   

Tasks to Complete for the Week

 

Do I have to complete “My Tasks” and “My Week” before every session?

Yes. No excuses. This allows our sessions to be targeted and effective. Repeated slackness on this will lead to us forfeiting your session until you do this.

   

How do send you files and items that you requested?

Add or upload them to your client website for your next session. It appears on the website on the left hand menu as “Documents Required by Coach”. I will be notified immediately up their being uploaded.

   

Where do I find templates to help me complete my tasks?

Check the Reality Bytes website, every template you will need that we have discussed are stored there.

What do I do if the website is down?

Urgent and Non Urgent Contact

 

How can I contact you if I need to speak to you but it’s not urgent?

Leave a voicemail message on 02 9153 0899.

   

How can I contact you if I need to speak to you on an urgent matter?

Call directly to 0403 439947. 24 x 7.

   

How do I get you to review something urgently because I have a sudden deadline?

Remember your crisis does not become our priority. We promote a proactive approach to business not reactive. We need 48 hours notice to review something for release.

   

Website Issues

 

The website looks strange and doesn’t work properly.

You will need to use Internet Explorer v5 or later (i.e Not Firefox or any other browser)

   

I have forgotten my username and password for the website.
